KITAS Renewal Bali — Stay Permit Extension for All Categories
Renewing your KITAS (Kartu Izin Tinggal Terbatas) before it expires is essential to maintain continuous legal status in Indonesia. Whether you hold a Work, Investor, Spouse, or Retirement KITAS, our renewal service handles the process efficiently so there is no gap in your legal residency.
When to Start Your KITAS Renewal
Indonesian immigration regulations recommend beginning the renewal process at least 60 days before your current KITAS expires. Starting early allows time for document preparation, any sponsor updates, and processing by Imigrasi without risking an overstay.
What Changes at Renewal
- Updated e-ITAS (electronic ITAS) issued via the Molina portal
- Biometrics (fingerprints) re-captured if required by Imigrasi
- Address must be verified and SKTT/SKPD updated if you have moved
- For Work KITAS: RPTKA and IMTA must still be valid — coordinate with your employer
- For Investor KITAS: PT PMA compliance and shareholding must be verified
Renewal Documents Required
- Current KITAS (original) and passport (original)
- Sponsor letter (updated, from company or Indonesian spouse)
- Insurance policy covering Indonesia (renewed and valid)
- Photos and additional supporting documents specific to your KITAS category
Renewal Timeline and Fees
KITAS renewal typically takes 3–6 weeks from complete document submission. Government PNBP fees (PP No. 44/2023) apply per renewal. Our agency fee covers document coordination, submission, Imigrasi liaison, and collection of your new ITAS card.
Late renewals (within 30 days of expiry) may incur an expedited processing request — contact us immediately if you are close to expiry.
